Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain efficient heat dissipation of a recording head by forming a heat dissipating louver to a cover in common use with an original platen.
CONSTITUTION: In a facsimile device, an original is placed on an original paten 7 in common use with the cover of a recording mechanism section while placing the original face downward and guided by one set of right/left sliders 8 fitted freely slidably onto the cover 7. The louver 7a is formed to the cover 7 so as to dissipate efficiently the heat generated by the recording head of the recording mechanism section toward external air directly thereby attaining miniaturization of the device.
