PURPOSE: To properly make an interval between each of articles swarming in a carrying-in section at the time of delivering the articles to carry from the carrying-in section to a carrying-out section by reducing rotational speed of an endless conveyor in the carrying-in section lower than rotational speed of an endless conveyor in the carrying-out section.

CONSTITUTION: Articles 5, 5... to carry are supplied to a conveyor 4 with intervals close with each other by a supply device 6. The conveyor 4 is constituted in two sections of a carrying-in section 7 and a carrying-out section 8 so as to extend the intervals between each of the articles 5 to be carried in the close state along a carrier passage so that the articles are caught by a catch of a star shaped supply device 3, and rotating speed of the carrying-in section 7 is made lower than rotating speed of the carrying-out section 8. Consequently, the intervals between the articles 5, 5,... to be carried are extended when delivering the articles from the carrying-in section 7 to the carrying-in section 8, and they are sequentially supplied to the star shaped supply device 3. Accordingly, the conveyor having a separator function of the articles is realized.
