Abstract:
PURPOSE:To correctly diagnose a sign of a trouble in a turbine valve, in a valve opening and closing device of a turbine, by driving a valve main unit with a driving medium, detecting pressure of the driving medium with a sensor and providing said sensor and a stroke sensor of the valve main unit. CONSTITUTION:Pressure of a driving medium, driving a valve main unit, is detected by a pressure sensor 70, and valve full-open and full-close limit switches 51, 52 and test device switch 48 are provided. A microcomputer 42 compares a reference characteristic value of driving medium pressure with an actually measured characteristic value to decide existence of abnormality in opening and closing action of the valve main unit. A processing result of the computer 42 is output to a display lamp 45, printer 46 and CRT display device 47. In this way, existence of a sign of a slight fault in an open-close valve device of a turbine can be sensitively further correctly diagnosed.
