Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress the generation of noxious gas by a method wherein a lubricant film consisting of either polypropylene glycol or a material substituted at least one terminal hydrogen by another reactive radical is provided on the outside circumference of an insulating film.
CONSTITUTION: The lubricant film 3 is applied on the outside circumference of the insulating film 2 covering conductive strands 1. At this time, the film 3 is constituted of either polypropylene glycol or the material substituted at least one terminal hydrogen by another reactive radical. Thereupon, generation of noxious gas is suppressed.
