Abstract:
PURPOSE:To balance different positions of an acting body completely by use of two hydraulic cylinder devices and two servo devices by providing a tuning circuit having a deviation calculation part and an average value calculation part. CONSTITUTION:A position detecting signal from detecting heads 47A and 47B provided to both ends of a ram 27 is inputted into a ram control module in a control panel as a feedback signal through electric circuits L4 and L5 and controls servo valves 37A and 37B so that the ram 27 locates at a prescribed position and has a prescribed speed. A tuning circuit SC of the ram control module is such that the circuit moves the ram 27 horizontally and has a deviation calculation part 91 and an average value calculation part 89. The part 89 is used to control the central position of the ram 27 based on the feedback signal from the detecting heads 47A and 47B and the part 91 is used to hold the ram 27 horizontally and to supply a pressurized and flow rate controlled oil outputted from the servo valves 37A and 37B to the upper room or the lower room of cylinders 33A and 33B positioned at both end of the ram 27.
