Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R is univalent N-containing 5-membered ring residue having the free bond at the N atom, e.g. imidazol-1-yl, 2-oxo- oxazolidin-3-yl, etc.). EXAMPLE:1-(6-Methylergolin-8beta-ylmethyl)imidazole. USE:Preventive and remedy for hypertension, various blood vessel disorder, digestive tract ulcer, cerebral function disorder, depression, Perkinson's disease, hyperprolactinemia, etc. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced by reacting the sulfonic acid ester of formula II with imidazole, oxazolidin-2-one, etc., in a solvent such as dimethylformamide in the presence of a base (e.g. sodium hydride) at 30-120 deg.C for 0.5-15hr.
