Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correct a beam landing position error by generating a current at an auxiliary deflection coil. CONSTITUTION: In response to the reset pulse of horizontal frequency, a horizontal frequency parabolic wave generator 60 generates a horizontal frequency parabolic voltage including a pulse near a horizontal retrace. This parabolic wave voltage is coupled to an auxiliary coil attached to a cathode-ray tube and a vertical centralized error correction current is generated. The pulse compensates late response time at an amplifier for driving the auxiliary coil.
