PURPOSE: To realize the titled apparatus high in reproducibility and measuring accuracy, by providing an abrasive powder supply apparatus, a feeding air stream supply source and an accelerating air stream supply source.
CONSTITUTION: Compressed air sent from a compressor 1 passes a partition valve 12, a dehumidifier 3, a filter 4 and a heat exchanger 5 to be converted to an accelerated clean air stream with a predetermined temp. while the accelerated air stream further passes a pressure reducing valve 6, an electromagnetic opening and closing valve 7, a flow meter 6 and a throttle valve 9 to be injected into a feeder 10 from a round pipe 10a. A needle valve 17 for controlling the falling amount of an abrasive powder 15 to a round pipe 11a is positioned at the outlet provided to the lower end of a hopper 16. By this constitution, kinetic energies possessed by the feeding air stream and the accelerating air stream can be kept constant and an apparatus high in reproducibility and measuring accuracy can be realized.
