Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an X-ray tube testing method and a device there for to record an emission characteristic automatically by measuring tube voltage, a tube current and a filament current value to be inputted to an X-ray tube to carry out ageing.
CONSTITUTION: In an ageing process of an X-ray tube 7, tube 7 voltage and filament 6 voltage are controlled by a driving signal from a computer 21. A tube current characteristic and a filament current characteristic according to it are inputted to the computer 21, and operation processing is carried out, and it is stored, and is outputted from a printer 29.
