Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the optical alignment adjustment of a micro lens array and a multibeam semiconductor laser array which is used with the micro lens array.
CONSTITUTION: A multibeam semiconductor laser array is formed by bonding a distribution refractive type flat board micro lens array 5 on the laser beam projecting edge plane 3a of a semiconductor laser array 3 provided with a plurality of semiconductor laser elements 1 which can be driven separately on the same substrate.
