Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a cam from being damaged when a bulge is formed, by interposing a cushioning material between a cam and a pipe that constitute the titled cam shaft. CONSTITUTION:A cam 2 is interposed in molds 5, 6 and a pipe 1 is inserted in an attaching hole 2b. A cushioning member 8 is inserted between the attaching hole 2b and the pipe 1. By interposing the cushioning member 8 between the pipe 1 and the cam 2, the cam 2 will not be damaged when a buldge is formed if there happens a gap between the cam 2 and the molds 5, 6.
