PURPOSE: To connect and interlock a die and a rotating device with simple structure without using a clutch by enabling an interlocking member and the end of upper and lower transmission shaft connected and interlocked with rotatable dies on the upper and lower turrets to engage freely simultaneously with positioning of the turrets.

CONSTITUTION: To perform blanking using a rotary die after ordinary blanking, upper and lower turrets 13, 19 are rotated properly and upper and lower rotary die holders 37a, 41a are indexed and positioned. Then, the first and second engaging parts 89 formed at the end of the first and second interlocking member 39, 43 connected with upper and lower dies is engaged naturally with the second engaging part 91 formed at the end of the first and second transmission shafts 47, 51. Accordingly, when a rotation driving device 53 is driven after releasing fixed holding devices 123, 85, holders 37a, 37b, 41a, 41b can rotate properly through shafts 47, 51 which are connected and interlocked with the driving device.
