PURPOSE:To prevent a filling tube and a transporting tube from contacting by setting a gap between the transporting tube of a rotor side and the filling tube of a stator side to the machining and assembling accuracy or higher of the portion. CONSTITUTION:A gap between a transporting tube 2 of a rotor side and a filling tube 1 of a stator side inserted into the tube 2 is set to the machining and assembling accuracy or higher of the portion, and a woven line 15 of fine fiber formed of a substance having an elasticity is secured to the periphery of the tube 1 even at a liquid helium temperature by burying the gap. With this construction, even if a complicated regulation is not executed, the tubes 1, 2 are not contacted, and the heat loss of liquid helium due to the convection heat transfer for increasing exponentially depending upon the size of the gap between the tubes 1 and 2 can be suppressed to low value.
