PURPOSE: To obtain simultaneously a transfer of data to an additional device and a picture display by a simple circuit, by distributing successively a video signal outputted from a control means, in accordance with a receiving speed of the additional device, and transferring it by keeping pace.
CONSTITUTION: A picture signal in a picture memory 3 becomes a video signal synchronizing with a video clock signal CL by a transducer 4, is sent to a cathode-ray tube 1, and a picture is obtained. A horizontal scanning counter 5 counts the signal CL by a prescribed number, outputs a horizontal scanning signal HS, and a vertical scanning counter 6 counts it and outputs a vertical scanning signal VS. An FF20 is operated in synchronization with the signal CL, and a video start signal S from the counter 5 is inputted to a J terminal, passes through a gate 24, becomes a copy clock signal CL1 at a speed of 1/2 of the signal CL, and it sent to a hard copy device C. On the other hand, a video signal is inputted to an FF21 from th transducer 4, passes through an FF22, is inputted to the device C as an even hard copy signal Hpe, and simultaneously, the video signal is inputted to an FF23, inputted to the device C as an odd signal, and read out successively.
