Title:
TYRE TIP INCINERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5918309
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To permit tyre tips to be burnt completely and to utilize a combustion heat thus generated, by constituting the titled device such that tyre tips may be supplied to a combustion chamber in a constant quantity, whereas a primary air is supplied to a combustion chamber through a fire-grate and a combustion gas is led into a chimney through a heat exchanging compartment.

CONSTITUTION: Tyre tips are poured into a hopper 5 in a constant quantity, then continuously transfered therefrom onto the fire-grate 2 inside a combustion chamber 1 by means of a screw 6 through a fuel supplying trough 4. The tyre tips are first burnt in contact with an air blown out of a blow-out port 3, and then moved to a pressure adjusting chamber 9 where a burning pressure is made as consistent after passage through a ventilating plate 8. The tyre chips further advance in an averaged quantity into a rising pipe where they are burnt secondly. A combustion gas is led into a chimney 12. At this moment, stream speed of soot is decelerated while passing through a soot collector 14 and thus deposited for recovery into the hopper 5. An air which passes through an area between adjacent rising pipes has its heat exchanged and can be utilized as a hot air.
