Title:
COPYING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6057864
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress the occurrence of a paper jam by providing a recording paper separating member on the unit side wherein a photosensitive body is incorporated.

CONSTITUTION: The lower part of a unit case 21 is extended, a discharging electrode 19 is also built in a unit, and an L-shaped projection 21a and a columnar projection 21b with a groove are formed at lower ends of both sides. A separating belt 30 is locked detachably in the groove of the projection 21b by engaging the projection 21a with its long-sized hole 30a at its one terminal and one terminal of a tension spring 31 with the round hole 30b at the other terminal. The major part of a form conveyed in a passage as shown by an arrow C is sucked to the surface of the drum 7 to transfer a toner image, but one edge moves along the reverse surface 30 without contacting the drum 7 to make a forcible separation when it leaves the drum 7. In this case, the belt 30 is fitted to the unit in one body, so the belt 30 and drum 7 never shift in relative position and the form is separated from the drum 7 accurately to make a paper jam hard to occur.
