PURPOSE: To prevent rust formation in weld zones until periodic inspection by sticking a strippable member such as strippable paint, tapes or the like on the weld zones.

CONSTITUTION: Strippable paint or tapes are beforehand stuck on the weld zones of unpainted mechanical facilities, more particularly, storage tanks. In the stage of periodic inspection, the paint or the tapes are stripped and these are stuck again after the inspection. In this way, the formation of rust is prevented and labor is reduced.
