Abstract:
PURPOSE:To heighten the accuracy of estimated stress and also accuracy in on-load time, by estimating the volume of a hydraulic fluid state on the basis of the newest hysteresis data alone when a turbine speed or a variation in load exceeds the specified value, in the case where the thermal stress of a turbine is controlled for its estimation. CONSTITUTION:Each state volume in hydraulic fluid and speed or load in a turbine are sampled periodically and hysteresis data is made out. On the basis of a variation in a fixed period of time in this data, the hydraulic fluid state volume after the elapse of the specified time is estimated, while turbine thermal stress is estimated from the estimated state volume and an operation curve of speed and load whereby the turbine is controlled. At this time, when a variation in speed and load of the turbine exceeds the specified value, the hydraulic fluid state volume is estimated on the basis of the newest hysteresis data alone, and when the same stabilized state continues after the state is suddenly changed, the hysteresis data is increased in number by degrees along with the elapse of time.
