PURPOSE: To make a marine floating body unloadable in an easy manner, by installing a propeller device and a suction device capable of being attracted to the floating body, in a bogie truck for unloading.
CONSTITUTION: A propeller device 3 is installed at both sides of a bogie truck 2 being free of sinking or floating, while a suction device 8 being free of suction to the bottom surface of a marine floating body 1 is installed in an upper part of the body 2. In addition, plural pieces of driving type wheels are attached to the underside of the body. Accordingly, a bogie truck 1 is shifted to a lower part of the floating body 1 and, after being fixed to plural spots of a floating body bottom surface, the propeller device is operated, shifting the floating body to the ground side, then these wheels are driven at a position where the depth of water becomes shallowed so that the floating body is able to be pulled up to the ground in an easy manner.
