Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a synchromesh transmission by certainly preventing the synchromesh operation of a synchromesh transmission installed into a power transmission path for reverse speed change, when reverse speed change is performed. CONSTITUTION:The engagement piece 35b of the second interlock plate 35 is engaged with the engagement groove 105a of the first shift head 105, and a concaved groove is formed onto the engagement piece 880 of the first interlock plate 88. Therefore, the fixed state of the first shift head 105 is certainly maintained in the reverse shift operation, and also the sleeve of the first synchromesh transmission is certainly kept in neutral state. Therefore, the position of the sleeve is certainly held by the second interlock plate 35 when the power for the reverse speed change is transmitted, and synchromesh operation is not performed. Therefore, the durability of the first synchromesh transmission can be improved.
