PURPOSE: To obtain a housing installation system with functional control and centralized control by a constitution wherein the room controllers controlling per room or functional group of various housing installation equipment and the main controller performing the centralized control of these controllers are combined with one another.

CONSTITUTION: A controller 3 for controlling air conditioning sitting room, a controller 4 for controlling dining kitchen and another controller 5 for controlling bathroom are connected to a main controller 1 through the intermediary of an indoor transmission line 2. The installation equipments 6W12 such as air conditioner 6, electric carpet 7 and the like are respectively connected to each room controller 3W5 through a signal line 13. Therefore, each room controller 3W5 independently controlling respective subequipments is in turn controlled by the main controller 1. Through these procedures, each room controller may perform the individual and functional control as well as the centralized control.
