PURPOSE: To provide an agricultural and horticultural fungicide containing a mixture of iprodione and captan, etc. as an active component, exhibiting excellent controlling effect to the resistant germ of gray mold of fruits, vegetables, etc., and capable of controlling other blights having the same outbreak season.

CONSTITUTION: A mixture of (A) isoprodione [3-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-1-isopropylcarbamoylimidazolidine-2,4-dione] or vinclozolin [3-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-5-methyl- 5-vinyloxazolidine-2,4-dione] and (B) a mixture composed mainly of captan (N- trichloromethylthio-4-cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboximide) or a polyoxin complex such as polyoxin A, B or G, is used as an active component of the titled fungicide, and is used in the form of wettable powder, flow dust, etc. in the presence of a carrier, an assistant, etc.
