Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R1 and R2 are lower alkyl; R3 is H or lower alkyl; R4 is H, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, carboxymethyl, etc.; R3 and R4 may together form a methylene chain which may together with N bonded thereto form a heterocyclic group; n is 1W3; Y is acid residue).
EXAMPLE: Dimethyl-2-cyclohexylcarbamoylethylsulfonium p-toluenesulfonate.
USE: It has antiallergic, carcinostatic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immunoregulating activities, and is useful as pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals.
PREPARATION: The compound of formula I can be prepared by reacting the sulfide compound of formula II with the compound of formula R2Y in a solvent or in the absence of solvent at -30W+150°C for about 0.5W72hr.
