Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase a difference of shut off pressure simultaneously decrease heat loss, by shutting off high temperature gas with sealing liquid and using a molten metal corresponding to temperature of the gas for the sealing liquid. CONSTITUTION:An annular liquid reservoir 9, opened with its upper part, is provided in the inside of a vertical pipe connection part 8 in a lead pipe 1, and a cap member 10, having an annular fall-down wall 10A, is liftably arranged in said liquid reservoir 9 by a turning arm 11 and the like, then a bottom end of the fall-down wall 10A of the cap member 10 is immersed to molten tin or the like, used as shut off liquid in the liquid reservoir 9.
