PURPOSE: To provide a sorter of copying paper to prevent jamming using a cam to maintain an appropriate interval between bin trays at upper and lower ends even when the bin trays are advanced in a paper ejecting section.

CONSTITUTION: In this sorter to store copying paper while bin trays are moved in an inclined manner along a slot liner bent in a rotational radius of a transfer wheel, cams 6 for controlling the interval in which upper and lower space controlling arms 7, 8 are cut on both outer ends of bin trays 3 are installed symmetrical to each other.
