PURPOSE: To promote atomization in the whole state of operation by supplying air from a bypass air port to the downstream of a throttle valve even in the throttled state of the throttle valve.
CONSTITUTION: A bypass air port 12 is connected with an opening 8 on the upper stream side of a throttle valve 4 via the first idle valve 10. Consequently, for warming up an engine, the first idle valve 10 is opened to send air to the bypass air port 12, the air is supplied to an annular Venturi tube 5 in the downstream of the throttle valve at a necessary amount for atomization, and fuel is fully atomized. Meanwhile, the bypass air port 12 is connected with the opening 8 on the upper stream side of the throttle valve via an auto-idle valve 15 and a flow-regulating means 16. Therefore, for idling, the auto-idle valve 15 is opened, and air is sent from the opening 8 on the upper stream side to the bypass air port 12. Even if the throttle valve is throttled, the air is sufficiently supplied to the annular Venturi tube.
