Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a used bag container efficiently by discharging the residue, refuse, and others with its discharge opening closed and to facilitate the cleaning of the bag container immediately before a packing process by incorporating the container into an automatic packing machine. SOLUTION: A used empty bag container 50 is suspended and supported by a transfer/support means 3, with the discharge opening of the bottom part closed and the cylindrical packing port 52 of the upper part opened, a cleaning main body unit 13 comprising a suction pipe 14 having a suction port 14a in the lower end part and air ejection nozzles 15, 16 which are arranged around the suction pipe 14 and eject air outward or downward is inserted from the packing port 52 into a main body 51, air is sprayed to the inner surface of the main body 51 to blow off the residue and others, and the blown-off residue and others are sucked from the suction port 14a of the lower end part of the suction pipe to be treated.
