PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of sensitivity by using a specific compound as a charge transfer agent and a mixed resin of polycarbonate with a specific resin as a binder component to keep toner filming resistance.
CONSTITUTION: α-Substituted stilbene is used as a charge transfer agent for charge transfer layer expressed by a formula. The mixed resin of polycarbonate with at least one kind selected from resins of a group composed of styrene- maleic acid copolymer resin, polyvinylidene chloride, phenoxy resin or polyvinyl acetal is used as the binder component. The mixed ratio of polycarbonate to the resin is (100:0.5)-(100-20) in weigh ratio. In the formula, R1 is alkyl group, allyl group. Each of R3-R4 is hydrogen atom, alkyl group, allyl group. Ar1 is allyl group. Ar2 is allylene group. Ar1 and R2 can form a ring with each other. (n) is 0 or an integer 1.
