PURPOSE: To increase the degree of freedom and improve the convenience for use by suspending a clip from a shaft provided to extend between a pair of bases provided with mounting means to a structure body respectively.

CONSTITUTION: One end side of a shaft 3 is inserted in a shaft fixing part 2 of one base 1a and fixed to the shaft fixing part 2. In disposing a hook device on a wall surface W, while the base 1a is vertically erected to place respective clips nearly in parallel to the wall surface W, the shaft 3 is fixed to direct a groove 32 in the shaft 3 below the base 1a. Next, a spherical part 4a of the clip 4 is put from the other end side of the shaft 3 into the groove 32 to suspend a plurality of clips 4 from the shaft 3. Then, the other end side of the shaft 3 is inserted in the shaft fixing part 2 of the base 1b and the other end side of the shaft 3 is fixed to the shaft fixing part 2. Since the clip 4 is not directly mounted to the wall surface W or the like of a structure body, but suspended from the shaft 3 provided between a pair of bases 1a, 1b provided with the mounting means to the structure body, a hook device having the large degree of freedom and satisfactory convenience for use is provided.
