Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain light weight without lowering fatigue strength. SOLUTION: A drawing process is performed on a disk stock made of an aluminum flattened material, compression process is performed on the drawn disk by an upper punch 6, 8 and a lower punch 7, 9 or by a punch and die, prior to a hole-making in a part where a bolt hole and an ornamental hole or either one of the holes is formed; while the part with the hole to be formed is thereby reduced in thickness to form a recess 3b, 4b, and while the surrounding part around the hole is formed with a thick part 3t, 4t built by plastic flow, these parts are hardened and then formed with the bolt hole or the ornamental hole.
