Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent saturation without use of a Schottky barrier diode.
CONSTITUTION: Transistors(TRs) 1-3 are TRs for high speed switching. An emitter of the TR 1 connects to ground and a collector connects to an output terminal 12 and the TR1 makes switching. Bases and collectors of the TRs 2,3 are connected respectively so as to act like diodes. The TR2 is connected between an input terminal 11 and a base of the TR 1 and the TR 3 is connected between the input terminal 11 and a collector of the TR 1 via a resistor 4.
