Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress generation of oxide so as to form a strap having stable quality by supplying a holed dipper with fixed amount of lead block being necessary for forming the strap and melting it by flame. CONSTITUTION:A holed dipper 11 goes and returns between a lead block 13 supplying machine 14 and a mold 5 by a servo slider 12 and receives the lead block 13 from the supplying machine 14 and moves as far as above a strap forming section 6 of the mold 5 by the servo slider 12. Here the flame of a gas burner 15 is applied from upper so as to melt the lead block 13, and the melted lead flowing out of a hole 10 is poured into the strap forming section. And the holed dipper 11 moves to the other strap forming section so as to melt the left lead to pour into it in the same way. Next, lugs of plate group are dipped into the melted lead being poured into the strap forming section. Thereby oxide is produced little and it is possible to form the strap having stable quality using adequate amount of lead for forming the strap.
