Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for producing coilable lightweight construction strips and lightweight construction sheets comprising at least a first metal flange (1) and a second metal mating flange (5), the flanges (1, 5) being in the form of a sheet or a strip. Regularly recurring bumps (2) are produced on one surface (1a) of the first flange (1) by cold or hot rolling, and said bumps (2) are welded to the mating flange (5).
