Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain manufacturing method of pneumatic tire, on the inner surface of which encoded product information is represented so as to contrive to automatically discriminate a tire and to automatize manufacturing process, by a method wherein the product information code represented on the inner peripheral surface of the green tire or vulcanized tire is read with a code reader at least either one of respective processes for discrimination. CONSTITUTION:Product information codes are printed along near center line of inner liner raw fabric 1. The inner liner raw fabric 1, on which the product information codes are printed, is taken up with a take-up 6. During the unwinding of the inner line raw fabric 1 at green tire forming process, the printed product information codes are read with a code reader so as to input the read information to a storage. Next, the product information codes, which are printed on the inner surface of a green tire transferred from a forming process, are read and collate with the information inputted in advance so as to actuate a sorter in order to sort it automatically. After releasant is applied under the condition that the product information codes are coveringly concealed by sucking a magnetic plate on at least one out of the product information codes on the inner surface of the sorted green tire or by masking the codes, the magnetic plate is peeled off and the green tire is put in a vulcanizing and forming mold for vulcanizing and forming. The resultant vulcanized and formed tire is transferred to an inspection process, in which the inspection of a product is automatically performed on the basis of the above-mentioned information.
