Abstract:
PURPOSE:To establish a manufacture of a pyroelectric type linear array element for detecting an infrared ray wherein an element wherefrom a signal can not be fetched out is eliminated and which causes little noise and has long lifetime and high reliability, regarding the manufacture of the pyroelectric type linear array element for detecting the infrared ray which can be used for measurement of atmospheric components, measurement of temperature distribution, monitoring for prevention of crimes and disasters, etc., in the field of infrared measurement. CONSTITUTION:In order to eliminate an element wherefrom a signal can not be fetched out in a pyroelectric type linear array element for detecting an infrared ray and to make this element of little noise, long lifetime and high reliability, a pad 3 for bonding is provided also on the common electrode side to be positioned on the lower bide and a lead wire 6 for the common electrode is constructed beforehand by using electron wax. Moreover, a space 9 for the lead wire is formed also in a ceramic element support block 8 beforehand and a processed pyroelectric element board 1 is mounted and fixed by bonding. According to this constitution, it is possible to manufacture the pyroelectric type linear array element of high reliability.
