CONSTITUTION: A farinfrared ray projection cycle from a projection element 2a is chosen from (t) or (2t) by the selective signal from a OR-circuit 3a4. When nobody is in front of the urinary 1a, a multiplexer 3a3 choses the cycle (2t) to project beam from the projection element 2a. When the light-receiving element 2b receives reflected beams, the multiplexer 3a3 is changed over from the cycle (2t) to (t) by a specified circuit actuation through a signal from a one-shot circuit 3a10 which has received reflected beams and after that, the multiplexer projects beams in the cycle (t). When the user leaves the urinary 1a, the maltiplexer 3a3 is changed over to the cycle (2t) and a signal H1 is transmitted from a flip-flop 3a13 to the feed water controller 3b. After the has left there, until the passage of a specified time, water is continuously fed for washing.
