PURPOSE: To print a visiting as it is or by correcting it in a short time.

CONSTITUTION: A two-dimensional bar code 12 that indicates description content of the printing control information (such as character codes, a font, a size, a style and a position) is printed on a visiting card 10 beforehand. A code reading device 14 interprets the graphic code 12 and outputs the interpreted printing control information to a CPU 20. The CPU 20 forms an image of the printing content of the name card 10 in accordance with the interpreted result of the code reading device 14 to indicates on a monitor 22. An operator corrects the indicated content by using a keyboard 24. The CPU 20 allows an encoder 18 to form a two-dimensional bar code pattern that indicates the print control information and allows a visiting card printer 16 to print a name or the like and the two-dimensional bar code on the visiting card 10.
