CONSTITUTION: A superconducting magnet device is constituted of a plurality of hollow cylindrical base bodies 21, 22 and 23, whose surfaces at least consist of an electrically insulating material, whose diameters are different from one another and which are coaxially arranged multiply, a plurality of superconducting conductors 13, which are closely adhered on the respective peripheral surfaces of these base bodies 21 to 23 and are spirally provided, and superconducting shortcircuit conductors for these short-circuiting conductors 13 in a series manner or a parallel manner.
