PURPOSE: To efficiently produce liners, by equipping molds of large diameter tunnel liners divided into arc parts in a centrifugal molding drum and placing concrete into the molds with a centrifugal force and removing excess concrete after disassembling of molds.

CONSTITUTION: Molding forms 1a, 1b, 1c, of arc tunnel flat plate liners having the outer diameter 2R10 are fitted in a centrifugal molding drum 2 having the inner diameter 2R1 via reinforcing plates 13 and metal fittings 14. Auxiliary molding forms 21 are mounted on the upper face 15 of molding forms 1a-1c composed of the bottom plate 11 and the side plates 12 and having the inner diameter 2R11. And the centrifugal molding drum 2 is rotated while placing concrete in the molding forms 1a, a concrete molding taking the face of bottom plate 11 as the outer diameter and having the upper face 16 of the same radius R2 from the center of drum 2 is obtained in the molding forms 1a. This molding is removed from the centrifugal drum 2 together with the molding forms 1a and the auxiliary molding forms 21 are removed upward. And excess concrete 17 is cut off by a scrapper or the like along the upper face 15 of the molding forms 1a. After that, concrete is cured and then demolded to obtain a tunnel liner product.
