PURPOSE: To obtain a fixing tool for a tape or the like that can be easily joined to a tape or band by everyone to ensure a rapid and effective binding operation with a resistance to a repeated use without remarkably raising a cost in a fixing tool for a semi-rigid synthetic resin tape or band for fastening a packing material.

CONSTITUTION: A partition plate 6a is provided in a position where a rectangular frame 1 is divided into face-symmetrical equal parts, whereby a window to which a tape or the like is inserted to be joined is divided into two window holes 2b, 2c so that joint parts of the rectangular frame 1 with a tape or the like cannot interfere with each other. A pair of fastening tools for fastening a tape or the like to the rectangular frame 1 are mounted on each side of the rectangular frame through hinges 5c-5f. The length of the folding fastening tool or the like is reduced. Fastening tools 4c-4f are thermally set on the sides of the window holes. In this manner, the fastening tools 4c-4f can be easily and surely joined to a U-shaped loop of a tape or the like inserted through the window holes.
