CONSTITUTION: The opposit party telephone number inputted from a telephone set 3 is converted into a dialing pulse signal or a DTMF signal, which is sent to a public telephone line 2. The number of dialing pulses is counted by a dialing detecting circuit 22, or the DTMF signal is detected by a touch-tone signal detecting circuit 23 and the detected result is stored in a RAM 6b in a body 1a. When a redial key 28 on the body 1a is depressed and a redialing is instructed, a main control circuit 4 reads out the telephone number stored in the RAM 6b and sends the read number to the line 2 through a dialer 25.
