Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a refuse fuel incineration ash which is a waste and obtain a high-strength air milk suitable as a mounding material, etc., without causing temperature cracking by mixing the refuse incineration ash with cement, water and a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:A refuse fuel incineration ash is mixed with a cement (e.g. a high-early-strength cement), water and a foaming agent (e.g. an alkylarylsulfonate) to produce an air milk. Bubbles at 0.1-0.2 volume ratio are more preferably mixed in a mixture prepared by mixing 1 refuse incineration ash with the cement at 0.1-0.25 weight ratio, water at 1-1.25 weight ratio and a high-performance water-reducing agent (e.g. naphthalene-based water-reducing agent) at 0.011-0.02 weight ratio to produce the air milk. Thereby, since the surface area of the refuse incineration ash is large, the material separation such as bleeding is eliminated and a small amount of the cement is sufficiently used simply by mixing the refuse fuel incineration ash therein.
