PURPOSE: To easily remove the cover and prevent hands from getting dirty on removing it, by fitting a protrusive cover body on a plate and arranging two recessions at the collar of the cover.

CONSTITUTION: When eating a cake, a finger is hooked at the hook claw 41 of a breaking protrusion 40 to pull it up. Then cracks arise on the peripheral wall 23 of the cover body 20 from a notch. And further, the breaking protrusion 40 is pulled up to break the peripheral wall 23 positioned above the breaking protrusion 40 so as to take the wall off. Next, the thumb of left hand is hooked at the left recession 34a of the collar 30 of cover 20 and the thumb of right hand is hooked at the right recession 34b. Both forefingers of right and left hands are hooked at the collar 30 oppositely positioned 180deg. to widen the shall 21 to the fight and left sides. In this way, the fitting protrusion of the cover body 20 is removed from the fitting protrusion of the plate 10 and the cover body 20 is raised as it is to remove it from the plate 10. When the cover body 20 is removed, the cake placed on the bottom of the plate 10 appears.
