Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the production of ≥2 sheets of Fresnel lens screens with one time of stage.

CONSTITUTION: A silicone resin is poured onto the cutting mold of the Fresnel lens patterns formed in a vacuum vessel and 2 sheets or 4 sheets of the original silicon resin inversion molds 5 parted from the molds after vacuum defoaming are cut to a prescribed size and are joined in the vacuum vessel, by which the silicone resin inversion mold 5a or 5b having the Fresnel lens pattern formed with the concentrical V-grooves of 2 faces or 4 faces on one sheet is produced. The silicone resin inversion mold 5a or 5b is then placed in the vacuum vessel and the resin mold having the 2 faces or 4 faces of the Fresnel lens patterns on one sheet is produced. The transmission type screens are produced by the stage of applying a UV curing resin on the resin mold having the 2 faces or 4 faces of the Fresnel lens patterns on one sheet and curing the coating by a UV irradiation device.
