Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress deformation and generation of crack in a flocking base place in molding stage and a flocking stage, to enable high-speed molding and to provide a brush having high flocking strength.
CONSTITUTION: A resin is injected into metallic molds, by which the flocking base plate part 3 having flocking holes 5 on a front surface 3a is molded. The brush flocked with hairs in the flocking holes 5 is formed to 0.04 to 0.16 in the ratio of a thickness D from the base 5b of the flocking holes 5 down to the rear surface 3b of the flocking base plate part 3 to a thickness A from the front surface 3a of the flocking base plate part 3 down to the rear surface 3b.
