PURPOSE: To obtain a deinking apparatus of waste paper capable of uniformly dispersing generated fine foams into a raw material liquid and surely removing the foams to which an ink is attached.
CONSTITUTION: In this deinking apparatus of waste paper installing a casing 13 having an impeller 14 capable of being driven with a underwater electric motor 11 in a water tank and providing an air ejection port 17 on the lower stream side than a blade in the casing, an air cutting blade 15 for making air fed from air ejection port 17 fine by rotation force is provided on the same shaft 12 as the impeller 14 at a position closed to the air ejector port 17 or on the lower stream side of water flow close to the air ejector port 17 are provided. A diaphragm 3 capable of forming circulation flow consisting of raising flow and descending flow is preferably provided in the outer circumference of the casing in the water tank.
