PURPOSE: To eliminate the cause of microcracks by eliminating a room for the generation of a sink in the root of flash by generating flash generated corresponding to the parting part of a mold for molding a damping rubber in the corner part of a rubber part.
CONSTITUTION: In damping rubber 1, an inner cylinder 3 is provided in an outer cylinder 2 and both cylinders 3, 2 are bonded by a vulcanized rubber part 4 based on ethylene/propylene rubber. The damping rubber 1 is molded by an upper mold 5 and a lower mold 6 and the lower mold 6 for molding the gap part 8 among the gap parts 7, 8 of the rubber part 4 is flatly formed and the protruding part 13 forming the gap part 8 to the upper mold 5 is provided and flash 12 in a horizontal direction is formed thereto so as to be made to abut on the flat part 14 of the lower mold 6.
