Abstract:
PURPOSE: To convert at least part of an end of a monolithic resonator into a high precision optical surface and to easily carry out working.
CONSTITUTION: A photoresist 70 is dropped on an end of a block made of a nonlinear optical material, a cured layer 72 having an almost hemispherical surface shape 71 is formed by curing the photoresist 70 and this cured layer 72 and the end are etched 80 to form an almost hemispherical surface 77 acting as a light incident, emitting or reflecting surface.
