PURPOSE: To simplify fixing so as to heighten work performance by bending the tip part of a stiffener downward so as to be formed into a locking part to be pressed to a skin member in the structure of enfolding the front end part of the skin member on the front end part upper face of a base and fixing the end part of the skin member by the stiffener.

CONSTITUTION: A sunshade 1 closably provided on the indoor side of the glass panel of a sun roof device for opening/closing an opening part provided at the roof of a vehicle is formed of a square shading base 2 which is a sunshade body, a decorative skin member 3 for covering the indoor side surface of the base 2, a stiffener 4 fixed to the upper face of the front end part 2A of the base 2, and the like. The stiffener 4 is bent in upward protruding shape at the front part and then bent downward, and its front end part is formed into the locking part 10 of the skin member 3. The tip 10A of the locking part 10 is of pointed end shape and formed into corrugated shape. A bite into the skin member 3 is thereby made positive so as to facilitate fixing.
