Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the aftertreatment of a concentrated liquid separated by membrane separation by a method in which after seepage water containing organic substances being separated by a membrane separator, the separated concentrated liquid is evaporated to dryness, exhaust gas from a evaporator is condensed, and the condense liquid is subjected to biological treatment. SOLUTION: In the treatment of seepage water from a final waste disposal site 2, the seepage water is supplied from a regulating basin 1 into a flocculation-precipitation tank 3, the precipitation-treated water is introduced into a pH adjustment tank 4 to adjust the pH of the treated water. Next, the treated water after pH adjustment is introduced into a sand filter 5, and the filtrate is introduced into a filtrate tank 6 to be introduced into a reverse osmosis membrane device 7. The filtrate from the device 7, after being desalted by a reverse osmosis membrane device 8, is discharged. Besides, the concentrated liquid of the device 7 is introduced into an NF membrane device 20 and then into a high pressure reverse osmosis membrane device 21. The concentrated liquid produced by the device 20 and the concentrated liquid produced by the device 21 are supplied to a drier 23, and its exhaust gas is condensed by a condensation device 24.
